A Powerful Start Into the New Year
On January 16th 2026, we kicked off the year in the best possible way together. Our CADT C-Day took place at our headquarters in Ansfelden near Linz and it was truly an exceptional moment for the entire company.
With nearly all of our 120 national and international colleagues making the journey, the day became much more than just an internal gathering. It was a strong reminder of what makes CADT successful: reliable, partnership-based and solution-driven collaboration across borders.
Inspiring Insights, Great Conversations and Fresh Input
Throughout the day, we enjoyed a wide variety of exciting internal presentations, important company updates and inspiring insights into our plans for the future. It was the perfect opportunity to reflect on past achievements, exchange ideas and align our goals for what’s ahead.
C-Day also created space for what really drives innovation in our industry: open dialogue and personal connection. Whether colleagues work in project management, production, planning, engineering or on-site installation, coming together in one place strengthens our shared understanding of what it takes to deliver outstanding retail environments.
Team Spirit You Can Feel
Of course, the day wasn’t only about business updates. Great food, team-building activities and plenty of moments for informal conversations helped create a vibrant atmosphere and brought even more energy into the event.
Laughter, new connections and meaningful exchanges made it clear. Our strength lies in people who are passionate about building high-quality interior design solutions and who support each other as one team.
A Festive Finale in Linz
To close off this special Friday, we all gathered in Linz for our Christmas party and ended the day in a relaxed and festive setting. It was the perfect way to celebrate together, enjoy the evening and appreciate the shared journey behind us.
