We look back on an inspiring and successful participation at indiawood 2026 in Bangalore – one of Asia’s most significant trade fairs for the woodworking and furniture manufacturing industry. At our stand, we welcomed a strong flow of visitors – from ambitious furniture manufacturers to established industry players – all eager to explore how digital workflows can transform their production. The interest was overwhelming, and the conversations confirmed what we see across the region: the Indian furniture industry is ready to take the next step towards full digitalisation.
The centrepiece of our presence was the actual release, which drew considerable attention from trade visitors. Live demos of the up-to-ten-times faster layout calculation gave an immediate sense of the time savings achievable even on complex projects. Equally well received were the automatic milling-pattern creation from text, optimised parts lists for curved parts, and AI-supported features that improve quality and decision-making early in the design process. Dynamic 3D exploded views for production and installation rounded out the picture of a truly end-to-end digital workflow.
