
Inside Sales Representative (f/m/x)
We are looking for a communicative and well-organized individual to support our sales team in actively acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts. You will work closely with our customers, the marketing team, and other internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Active customer acquisition through cold calling
- Care and follow-up of leads from trade shows and events
- Handling inquiries through inbound channels (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Planning and sending invitations to customer events
- Receiving and processing incoming calls, as well as maintaining and updating CRM data
- Acquisition and support of schools and training institutions
- Creation and sending of customized offers
- Conducting customer surveys to optimize quality and service
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial education
- Experience in sales or customer contact is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and enthusiasm
- Open and team-oriented personality
- Independent and structured working style
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Affinity for social networks like LinkedIn
- Fluent in German, English and other language skills are desirable

The minimum salary for this position is €2,500 gross per month (full-time, 38.5 hours). We offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
