Attention Students: We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative (f/m/x)
Full-time (38,5h) or part-time (from 20h)
We are looking for a communicative and well-organized individual to support our sales team in acquiring new customers and providing customer care. You will work closely with clients, the marketing department, and colleagues from various departments to identify new opportunities and build long-term relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively approach potential new customers and excite them about our solutions.
- Manage exhibition and event contacts, following up until leads turn into real customers.
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries via channels like LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure all information is up to date.
- Establish contacts with schools and othertraining institutions to foster strong collaborations.
- Create and send customized offers tailored to our customers' needs.
- Conduct customer surveys to continuously improve our service.
Your Profile:
- You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- You have initial experience in sales or customer relations – or are eager to start in this area.
- You communicate clearly, assertively, and with enthusiasm.
- You are open-minded, committed, and enjoy working both in a team and independently.
- You work in a structured manner, stay organized, and take initiative.
- You have a good understanding of social networks like LinkedIn and use them actively.
- You speak fluent German – English or other languages are a plus.

The minimum salary for this position is €2,500 gross per month (full-time, 38.5 hours). We offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
