IT Project Manager (f/m/x)
We are looking for a dedicated IT Project Manager to support our team in the successful implementation of our software solutions. You will work closely with our customers, the development team, and other internal stakeholders to implement tailored solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities:
- Developing the project workflow and conceptualizing the project with the respective person responsible in the craft sector
- Implementation consulting, project support, and customer care
- Conducting training sessions and customer-specific adjustments
- Primary contact for the customer on all project-related matters
- Technical development of customers in the context of a continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Documentation during a project day
Your Profile:
- Completed carpentry training or technical education, at least at HTL (Higher Technical Institute) level, in wood or furniture construction
- Experience in project and construction environments within the furniture industry or shop fitting
- Good knowledge of Autodesk products is an advantage, as well as a strong affinity for IT
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong customer and process orientation, as well as diplomatic skills and an independent, structured working style
- Fluent in German, English and other language skills are desirable
- A valid driver's license (Class B), willingness to travel, and an interest in gaining experience both domestically and internationally

The minimum salary for this position is €2,900 gross per month (full-time, 38.5 hours). We offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
