
IT support specialist (f/m/x)
Your Responsibilities:
- Receiving and analyzing incoming support requests via phone, email, or internal ticketing system
- Qualified error analysis and troubleshooting in collaboration with development and product management, as well as ticket documentation
- Communication and problem-solving with external service providers
- Conducting internal training sessions for customer training
Your Profile:
- Completed training in the IT field (IT-HTL, FH or IT apprenticeship)
- At least one year of relevant professional experience in IT support
- Fluent in both German and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Professional appearance, strong service orientation, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Know-how in the field of IT infrastructure

The minimum salary for this position is €2,500 gross per month (full-time, 38.5 hours). We offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
