
Marketing Assistant - Full-time / Part-time (f/m/x)

We’re immediately looking for dedicated support, either full-time (38.5 hrs.) or part-time (starting from 32 hrs.). As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll become an essential part of our team and actively collaborate on exciting international projects. If you also have an affinity for software, technical topics, and direct interaction with customers, we look forward to meeting you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and executing international marketing events, trade fairs, and conferences (including budget planning, performance tracking, and reporting)
- Independent conception and implementation of national and international newsletter campaigns
- Creating and managing PR content, customer success stories, and editorial maintenance of the website (news, blog posts)
- Supporting the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
- Acting as an interface between internal departments such as sales, product management, etc., to ensure optimal execution of joint marketing initiatives
- Creatively contributing to social media and marketing activities (posts, stories, webinars, employer branding initiatives)
- Assisting in the creation of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, digital content)
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial education (HAK Matura, Bachelor's degree) in Marketing/Communication
- Experience in trade shows and event management
- Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in B2B marketing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English
- Passion for marketing, social media, communication, and content creation
- High level of teamwork, creativity, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of common marketing tools and techniques, such as Adobe Creative Suite, social media, website management, and Google Analytics
- Creativity, organizational skills, and openness to new ideas and trends in the marketing field and our industry

For this position, the minimum salary is €2,300 gross per month (based on full-time employment of 38.5 hours). Depending on your education, qualifications, and experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
