Requirement Engineer (f/m/x)

As a Requirement Engineer, you will capture, document, and model customer requirements to further develop our CAD/CAM systems, cloud-based ERP solutions, and online shops. In close collaboration with product management, interdisciplinary teams, and customers, you will elevate our software solutions to the next level.
Your Responsibilities
- Conducting requirements analyses in collaboration with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Documentation, modeling, and specification of requirements
- Creation and maintenance of technical specifications that serve as the basis for development and quality assurance
- Support in the development and implementation of industry-specific solutions for our CAD/CAM systems, ERP solutions, and online shops
- Close collaboration with product management and interdisciplinary teams to optimize product development
- Participation in customer meetings for requirement gathering and validation
Your Profile
- A completed degree in business informatics, wood technology, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the furniture industry or related fields
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Teamwork skills and experience in working with interdisciplinary teams are an advantage
- Willingness to travel and flexibility for a several-week onboarding at the location near Linz
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

The minimum salary for this position is €2,900 gross per month (full-time, 38.5 hours). We offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
