Sales Engineer
Are you an innovative, self-starting Sales Engineer who loves identifying and winning new clients? Do you have a passion for helping your clients? We are hiring a Sales Engineer for our own developed software solution for the joinery industry in the Middle East. We are looking for a high energy professional with strong technical background in joinery and CNC operation with an entrepreneur spirit who loves technology.
Your Responsibilities / Skills:
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our product will meet client needs
- Customer focused
- Creating customer quotes
- Lead generation of new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region
- Maintaining existing relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Offering after-sales support services
- Travelling to visit potential clients
- Meeting regular sales targets
- Preparing reports for regional and head office
- Ability to prioritize and handle own time effectively to achieve targets
- Problem solving
- Product knowledge
- Excellent presentation skills
- Persuading skills
- Recording and maintaining client contact data in ERP system
- Coordinating sales projects
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Working together with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Required to travel to GCC and Europe
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in the relevant expertise/technical competencies
- Valid UAE Driver’s license
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, Arabic is a must
- Worked with ERP systems
- MS office skills
- AutoCAD knowledge
- On UAE residence visa, visit visa or transferable visa
- Min of 5 years joinery or woodworking industry experience
- IT and technology aficionado
