Sales Manager Germany (w/m/x)

Your Responsibilities:
- Independent acquisition of new customers in the furniture industry, carpentry, shopfitting, and exhibition construction throughout Germany
- Process-oriented consulting of prospects and clients – from the initial conversation to solution design
- Team-oriented collaboration with internal sales and project management
- Conducting presentations and live demos (online and on-site)
- Active support and further development of existing customers
- Regular reporting via our CRM sales system
Your Profile:
- Completed training in carpentry or a comparable technical qualification, such as a master craftsman, technician, or a university degree in wood technology, furniture construction, or interior design.
- Experience in the furniture industry or related fields such as interior or shop fitting is an advantage
- Familiarity with Autodesk products (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor) is desirable
- Strong IT affinity and interest in digital solutions for the furniture industry
- Self-motivated, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel within Germany

We offer a monthly base salary of €3,000 gross (full-time, 40 hours/week), with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you benefit from a performance-based, uncapped commission model – your sales success is directly and attractively rewarded. A company car (also for private use), laptop, and mobile phone are, of course, included.
