Teamlead Frontend Development (f/m/x)
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Frontend Developer (m/f/x) specializing in user interface development with Vue.js or React. In this role, you will lead the frontend team and help enhance the user experience and visual appeal of our products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for mentoring and developing team members, promoting best practices in frontend development, conducting code reviews, and supporting the individual growth of team members
- Develop and implement UI-related features in our software application using Vue.js (Vue 2 / Vue 3 and Vuetify)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and optimize existing applications
- Design and implement code using Vue.js (Vue 2 / Vue 3)
- Responsibility for code quality through design, development, debugging, and writing as well as executing unit tests to enhance product functionality using high development standards, tools, and processes
- Estimate the development effort, planning and implementation of system changes, and ensure compliance with development goals, performance standards, and deadlines
Your Profile:
- Completed technical education (FH/University)
- At least 5 years of experience in frontend development
- At least 4-5 years of experience with Vue.js and JavaScript, including at least 1 year with Vue 3.0
- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience in developing user interfaces with Vue.js or React; ideally also with Vuetify and Vue Storefront. Understanding of Continuous Integration, automated deployment systems, and experience with GIT (Merge Requests, Commits, Branching)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as good English proficiency, both written and spoken

The minimum salary for this position is €4,200 gross per month (full-time, 38.5 hours). We offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
