UI/UX Designer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a UI/UX Designer. Together, we want to leverage stakeholder requirements to continuously improve our product. As part of the product management team, you will collaborate closely with departments like project management, sales, and marketing, develop innovative concepts and designs, and validate them to ensure the long-term success of our product.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and optimizing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for our software products
- Creating prototypes to support development or for customer presentations
- Implementing requirements from various stakeholder areas
- Closely collaborate with product management, developers, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across all our software solutions
Your Profile:
- A completed degree or comparable training in graphic design, interaction design, communication design, media informatics, or a related field
- Mid-level, ideally with 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Fundamental knowledge of Figma or similar prototyping and design tools
- Experience with UX research methods and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS are an advantage
- Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Creativity, a keen eye for detail, and an independent, structured working style

The minimum salary for this position is €2,900 gross per month (full-time, 38.5 hours). We offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
