CAD+T strengthens global teamwork!
The first week of the new year at CAD+T was once again full of excitement, because it was C-Week time! This special event attracted employees from various subsidiaries, who not only dedicated themselves to further training, but also exchanged ideas in stimulating conversations.
C-Week not only acted as a knowledge platform, but also strengthened the bonds between team members across continents. Colleagues from all over the world gathered to work together on future projects and explore the latest developments. Marcel Liebhart, Head of Marketing, emphasised the importance of C-Week: “For us, C-Week is more than just an event. It is an opportunity to celebrate the diversity of our global talent and build a strong, connected community. Our teams learn from each other, share ideas and work together on innovative solutions.”
Of particular note were the interactive discussion sessions where teams shared their experiences, discussed challenges and worked together to find solutions. This open dialogue not only fostered an understanding of different business environments, but also inspired new approaches and ideas.
The highlight of C-Week was characterised by a playful touch and culinary delights. On the last day of the event, the teams celebrated not only knowledge and innovation, but also the cohesion within the global team. A fun afternoon of team-building activities not only created a strong team bond, but also created a relaxed atmosphere for informal interactions. The culmination was a festive dinner where the team savoured an exquisite selection of culinary delights and reflected on their impressions of C-Week.
