CAD+T Solutions’ ticket system offers customers and employees a user-friendly and transparent platform for processing support requests around the clock, 365 days a year. With the ticket system, customers can save valuable support time by clarifying their concerns in advance and being able to view the status of their requests. E-mails to support@cadt-solutions.com are automatically converted into tickets and processed as quickly as possible. Customers who do not yet have access data can request them at https://support.cadt-solutions.com in order to use the ticket system.
