Well prepared for autumn season – the CAD+T Customer Meetings
CAD+T traditionally presents it´s latest release at the beginning of autumn. It is always important for the whole CAD+T team to meet their clients, prospects and industry partners in person, to talk about current developments, to discuss trends and promote innovations.
For almost three decades, the annual customer meetings have provided a high end network platform for the open exchange among users, industry partners and prospects. Since the first customer meeting in Styria in 1993, this event format has been developed from a small local event to a comprehensive international series of events. After hybrid customer meetings were held at international level for the first time in 2021, the response was amazing! Experience has shown that the order situation in autumn is always quite high in the woodworking industry. The format made it possible for every interested party, regardless of whether they were already a user or still prospect, to be part of the event from any location worldwide.
The headquarter in Ansfelden, Austria, started this years customer meetings on September 23rd with the German edition of the user meeting in hybrid form. The number of participants on site was limited to 50. Over 120 users took the opportunity to listen to the latest developments online. In addition to release 23, core topics this year were a résumé of 2022, latest features and functions of individual modules and a brief look into the future. The focus was deliberately placed in the direction of cloud applications and hardware such as RFID as technology for contactless parts tracking in production. The response was overwhelming, whether on site or online, users were enthusiastic and gratefully accepted the concept again this year.
A new location this year was the first customer meeting in Cape Town, South Africa on September 29th. In order to guarantee users and prospects in South Africa the same quality of information, service and support, the region was included in the series of events. Due to the large distance between Cape Town and Dubai, the following week, October 6th, this year’s hybrid user meeting was held in English in Dubai. Almost 120 people took advantage of this opportunity online and on site. The event was also broadcast live via online stream for those who could not be there in person. It was important to offer all interested parties the opportunity to exchange ideas and obtain information.
“We would like to thank all who took the time to participate our events, whether on site or online. This shows us, that with this series of events we have created an important platform for exchange between industry experts!” says Martina Schwarz, CEO at CAD+T.
Following the events, both German and English-speaking users were offered an exclusive series of webinars related to the innovations in the individual modules. Stay tuned: www.cadt-solutions.com
