Your Responsibilities
- Gain exposure and work in various departments such as office management, sales, marketing, IT, and accounting.
- Ensure smooth office operations and perform administrative and business-related tasks.
- Provide friendly telephone assistance and support to our customers.
- Handle correspondence with customers and business partners via email.
- After your apprenticeship, you will be capable of independently serving our customers.
Your Profile
- Successful completion of the 9th grade (compulsory education) with good grades.
- You are someone who works precisely and neatly and enjoys teamwork.
- You are a reliable, friendly, and helpful individual.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in German and English.
- Punctuality and a willingness to take responsibility.
- Good computer skills.

We support the concept of apprenticeship with a high school diploma. If you successfully complete your apprenticeship examination with distinction, you can choose between an iPhone or having your costs covered for a class B driver’s license.
You will receive an apprentice income (on a full-time basis of 38.5 hours) according to the collective agreement in trading companies:
- 1st year of apprenticeship: €800.00
- 2nd year of apprenticeship: €1,025.00
- 3rd year of apprenticeship: €1,300.00
- Starting date: Immediately
- Apprenticeship duration: 3 years
