Your Responsibilities
- You will inspect and maintain our IT operation technology and put it into operation.
- Support your colleagues in first-level support and create documentation and error logs.
- Analyze, investigate, and resolve technical malfunctions in hardware and software in the operation.
- As a team, you will take care of our IT infrastructure, including setting up workstations and performing maintenance.
- Create user guides, provide information, advice, and training for customers and users.
Your Profile
- Successful completion of the 9th grade (compulsory education) with good grades.
- Adults and high school dropouts are also welcome.
- Enthusiasm and interest in IT operation technology (hardware and software).
- Manual dexterity, finger skills, and mathematical and computational abilities are required.
- Technical understanding, innovation, self-reliance, and a friendly, helpful personality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in German and English.
- You are someone who works precisely and neatly and enjoys teamwork.

We support the concept of apprenticeship with a high school diploma. If you successfully complete your apprenticeship examination with distinction, you can choose between an iPhone or having your costs covered for a class B driver’s license.
You will receive an apprentice income (on a full-time basis of 38.5 hours) according to the collective agreement in trading companies:
- 1st year of apprenticeship: €800.00
- 2nd year of apprenticeship: €1,025.00
- 3rd year of apprenticeship: €1,300.00
- 4th year of apprenticeship: €1,350.00
- Starting date: Immediately
- Apprenticeship duration: 4 years
