The completely redesigned layout system delivers a noticeable performance boost: views are now generated up to 25 times faster, regardless of drawing size. Walls, doors and materials are also displayed with accurate colors, ensuring a realistic and precise presentation of your projects.
More precision through AI
With Release 26, we’re introducing features that make your daily work noticeably easier:
- Text-to-CNC: Texts are automatically converted into milling paths. Each letter is generated as an exact, closed contour — unwanted connections are cleaned up and rotation directions are adjusted automatically.
- AI-assisted rendering: Create optimized designs and stunning visualizations in SketchUp with intelligent support.
- Exploded view in layouts: Assemblies can now be displayed in a clear, exploded view with a single click — making it easy to present construction details clearly and effectively.
- Lazy loading for material search: Materials are now found in real time as you type — faster, more intuitive and more efficient.
