Can we still create our own components?
Yes. Data+ sits alongside your own master data, not in its place. What you create yourself stays and can be combined with the catalogue components.
Who maintains the catalogue?
CAD+T does. When hardware manufacturers change their data, the update arrives with the catalogue – you do not have to rework the change in every project.
Which appliances are included?
Appliances from common manufacturers, Bora and Miele among them. Which ones you actually need is settled when we agree the scope – the whole catalogue is not loaded when only part of it is needed.
What happens when a material changes?
The components affected follow: panel thicknesses, carcase connections and access panels are adjusted, instead of every position being reworked by hand.
Do we need Data+ if we already have our own master data?
Not necessarily. Data+ takes the creation of the common components and hardware off your hands. If your master data is maintained and carries your engineering, Service+ is the more likely subject.
What does Data+ cost?
That depends on the scope. We look at which catalogues you need first and agree it with you.
