What is the difference between Service+ and Data+?
Data+ is a ready-made catalogue of parts, hardware and rules that you take over and that is kept up to date with each release. Service+ is work on your own data: our team builds it in your system, structures the concept and, if needed, works alongside your work preparation. The two combine – Data+ as the basis, Service+ for what is specific to your production.
Who owns the data that is created?
You do. Components, hardware and rules sit in your system, with your structure and your naming. You can take over maintenance at any time.
Do we need Service+ if we have Data+?
Not necessarily. Data+ covers the common components and hardware. Service+ comes in when your engineering needs rules of its own or when work preparation needs support.
Would you take over our work preparation permanently?
Both are possible: helping out across a peak in orders, or working on permanently as a fixed part of your work preparation.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Whichever you prefer – that is your decision. Both are possible: on-site for the initial review and coordination, remote for data entry and concept work, or everything at your premises.
What does Service+ cost?
That depends on the scope. We look at what needs doing first and agree the effort and the sequence with you – before any work starts.
