Internal Training: Clear Communication for Your Project

Clarity that makes the difference

Our C-Week in January was about more than just internal workshops. It was about working together better, reaching decisions faster and shaping communication so that it really works in everyday project life. That is exactly why one topic was particularly prominent: pyramid communication.

Everyone knows these situations. A short coordination meeting runs longer than planned. An important piece of information gets lost. A point is discussed twice because it was not clearly formulated. And in the end, the one decision that moves the project forward is still missing. This is precisely where the training from C-Week comes in.

The principle is simple: first the key message, then the reasoning and the details. That way colleagues, project managers or customers know straight away what it is about, without a long introduction.

The workshop on pyramid communication therefore centred on one key question: how do we manage to convey content clearly, in a structured way and to the point, without losing important information? Especially in projects around shopfitting, interior fit-out and furniture making, and in working with joiners and cabinet makers, this is a genuine success factor.

C-Week showed how valuable internal training is when it can be applied directly in everyday work. With new ideas and a shared understanding of clear communication, we are taking a lot away from this week. For our projects, for our collaboration and for our ambition to get a little better every day.
