A year full of progress and growth

2025 was a year of growth. As one of the leading providers of CAD/CAM and ERP solutions for the furniture and interior fit-out industry, we recorded a significant increase in exciting digitalisation projects, partnerships and new customers, both nationally and internationally. With our consistent focus on digitalisation, automation and global expansion, we reached numerous milestones and set new impulses within our industry. A particular highlight was the start of our strategic partnership with vion solutions GmbH, through which we are expanding our range of services and offering our customers additional possibilities for intelligent production and process optimisation.

Product and technology highlights

1. Improved software features

In the course of Release 2026, our development teams implemented significant enhancements, including:

Optimised parts lists for curved parts – precision meets efficiency

With the new Release 26 of CAD+T, users benefit from significantly improved parts lists for curved components. The key advantages at a glance:

• Automatically correct: material lengths, bending radii and angles are now calculated automatically.
• Avoid errors: precise parts lists reduce rework and material waste.
• Save time: work-preparation staff and designers create parts lists faster and more efficiently.
• Ready to use: production information can be transferred straight into machine controls or ERP systems.
• Complete solution: more transparency and accuracy from design to production.

New: precise milling from text

With the new CAD+T function “Milling from Text”, letters are automatically converted into closed outer and inner contours. The result: precise milling paths that can be machined directly – regardless of the font.

• Automatic contour creation for every letter
• Perfect milling path detection without manual adjustment
• Faster, error-free workflow
• Clean, professional results straight from the CAD environment

Exploded drawings in 3D – a clearer view of the detail

With the new CAD+T function, 3D views can now be displayed dynamically “exploded” – either by a fixed value or by a scaling factor.

• Better overview: all components become visible, spatially separated.
• Flexible display: the degree of explosion can be adjusted individually.
• Fast analysis: details, relationships and junctions are recognisable immediately.
• Efficient communication: ideal for presentations, assembly plans and documentation.

2. Progress in ERP & business solutions

New functions in CAD+T ERP allowed us to automate the management of projects, resources and production processes even further.

Internationalisation & site development

CAD+T Solutions GmbH consolidated its global presence in 2025:

• Expansion of the teams nationally & internationally
• Strategic partnership with vion solutions GmbH

Customer projects & success stories

This year we were able to deliver around 1,500 exciting customer projects. We supported businesses individually – from training days and new software roll-outs to the implementation of fully digitalised production lines.

In addition, we produced customer success story videos on site at five leading companies, impressively documenting the success of our solutions.

Trade fairs & industry appearances

This year we were present at almost 70 events. These included important leading trade fairs such as LIGNA in Hanover, interzum in Cologne and the HOLZ fair in Basel. Through live demos and workshops we were able to establish numerous new customer contacts and deepen existing relationships. As every year, we also held our own Customer Meeting, which with more than 300 visitors has become a fixed highlight for direct exchange with our customers. At the Talent Camp we once again inspired young talents for the industry and offered them exciting insights, practical workshops and networking opportunities.

Outlook for 2026

With strong technological foundations and a growing global network, we enter the new year with confidence.
