On Thursday 24 April, an exclusive leadership event took place at the headquarters in Ansfelden, bringing together top-class leaders from the furniture and interiors industry. The focus of the event was on one of the most relevant topics of the moment: organising processes and people in the course of digitalisation and automation in custom manufacturing.

A special highlight was offered to a small group on the previous day: an exclusive tour of Tischlerei Manigatterer provided a practical look behind the scenes of an innovative craft business. Participants were able to experience at first hand how modern production processes and traditional craftsmanship merge – an ideal prelude to the professional exchange on the following day.

At the heart of the event were top-class talks dealing with current developments around digital transformation processes, automation solutions and the role of employees in an increasingly technology-driven manufacturing world.
