CAD+T Talent Camp Asia 2026: 50 young talents in Kendal

From 7 to 11 September 2026 we held our Talent Camp Asia in Indonesia, for the second time at the Politeknik Industri Furnitur dan Pengolahan Kayu (Polifurneka) in Kendal.

Five days with CAD+T

For five days, 50 young talents worked with our software. In training sessions with our team they got to know the CAD+T Design & Engineer module and put what they had learned into practice straight away, from the first draft to the finished design. Our Regional Director William Dedella also showed how companies use CAD+T in furniture development. To finish, the participants competed against each other in a design challenge.

Young talent for the furniture industry

With the Talent Camp, we want to familiarise young people early on with the tools they will later use at work. The furniture industry needs skilled people who combine craftsmanship with digital technology and understand design, engineering and manufacturing as one continuous process.

In Indonesia since 2025

We have been running the Talent Camp Asia together with Polifurneka since 2025. It complements our Talent Camp in Ansfelden, with which we support young talent in the German-speaking region.
