CAD+T Talent Camp: Young Talents for the Industry

CAD+T Talent Camp: Curtain up for the talents of tomorrow

From 7 to 11 July 2025 it was “stage free for young talents” at the CAD+T headquarters in Ansfelden. Pupils, apprentices and students from all over Austria, Germany and Switzerland brought drawings to life! The participants of the Talent Camp immersed themselves in the world of digital planning, engineering and visualisation. There was tinkering, designing and creating.

Five days of concentrated know-how:

In practical workshops, creative tasks and individual challenges, the participants were able to show what they are capable of. With the support of CAD+T professionals, projects were planned and furniture and entire rooms were designed. Visualisations were not just admired – they were brought to life. And because real energy only comes on a full stomach, there was delicious food and refreshing drinks for everyone from lunchtime to evening – included, of course!

Highlight:

The CAD+T Challenge – a competition with exciting tasks that called for real application skills. As a special highlight, the planned piece of furniture was then manufactured at our partner company Weissengruber Möbelmanufaktur GmbH.

The drawing was thus brought straight from the screen into reality. The best talents secured prizes worth up to 2,000 euros in total.

Why the Talent Camp is worth it for you too:

The Talent Camp is more than just “learning software” – here you learn how digitalisation really works in the trades. You exchange ideas with other talents and share your ideas. Get to know modern tools and plan projects cleverly – and save yourself many an extra step along the way.
